At Let’s Puzzle, we want your experience to be as stress-free as the puzzles themselves. As we operate a rental service in Denmark, the following terms apply to all orders.
Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your rental agreement.
- The Period: The 14-day cooling-off period begins the day you receive physical possession of your first puzzle.
- How to Cancel: To exercise your right, you must notify us with an unequivocal statement via email at contact@letspuzzle.dk before the 14 days expire.
- Returning the Item: You must send the puzzle back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Return Shipping: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item (unless otherwise agreed).
2. Refunds
If you withdraw from the agreement within the 14-day period:
- Full Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges.
- Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- Timeline: We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
- Partial Refunds: If the item’s value has been diminished (e.g., missing pieces or significant damage beyond reasonable wear), we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund corresponding to that loss in value.
3. Damaged or Incomplete Items
We take great pride in the quality of our puzzles.
- Our Guarantee: If a puzzle arrives damaged or is missing pieces, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
- Reporting: Please contact us at contact@letspuzzle.dk within 48 hours of delivery with a description and a photo of the issue.
- No Cost: In cases of damaged or incomplete goods upon arrival, Let’s Puzzle covers all costs for the return or replacement.
4. Standard Rental Returns
For returns at the end of your standard rental period (1, 2, or 3 months):
- Prepaid Labels: We include a prepaid return shipping label in your original package. Simply place the label on top of the original label on the box and drop it off at the nearest PostNord point.
- Condition: We expect "reasonable wear and tear" on the boxes and pieces. However, please ensure all pieces are returned. If a puzzle is returned with missing pieces, a "Missing Piece Fee" may apply as outlined in our Terms of Service.
