At Let’s Puzzle, we ensure your next challenge arrives quickly and safely. We currently ship to all addresses within Denmark.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure transparency at every step:
- Standard Delivery for Individuals (PostNord): 69 kr.-

Other Delivery Options:
- Half Price: On all orders above 100 kr.-, the shipping fee will be 35 kr.-.
- Free Delivery: On all orders above 200 kr.-, the shipping fee will be 0 kr.-.

Local Pickup: We offer a free pickup option from our location in Teglholmens Market. Pickups are typically ready within 24 hours.
2. Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) CET. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday).
- Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your puzzle to arrive within 3–6 business days from the moment you place your order.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable Danish carriers to ensure trackable and safe delivery:
- PostNord: Delivery to a PakkeShop near you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your puzzle’s journey.
4. Rental Delivery Specifics
As part of our rental service, your puzzle arrives in a reusable Let's Puzzle Box. Please keep this packaging, as it is designed for the safe return of the puzzle at the end of your rental period.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer box, please document it with a photo and contact us immediately at contact@letspuzzle.dk. We will ensure a replacement or refund is issued as per our Return & Refund Policy.
