Delivery & Shipping

• Cost: The shipping fee is 69 kr.-. This covers the delivery to the nearest PostNord point to the customer's address and the return (using a prepaid return label included in the package).
• Timeframe: Delivery estimated time is between 3 and 6 days. If the customer orders before 14h and choses the Let's Puzzle pick-up point, the package will be ready to pick-up that same day.
• Carrier: PostNord.

The Rental Return Process

• Return Window: After the rental period of 1, 2, or 3 months. We allow a 5 days of delay due to delivery times.
• How to Return: A prepaid return label is included in the package. The customer just has to stick that label o top of the original one.
• Condition of Goods: Reasonable wear and tear is expected, but missing pieces may result in a fee.

Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)

In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your puzzle. If you wish to cancel your rental agreement within this period, you must notify us clearly via email at contact@letspuzzle.dk.

• Condition: To receive a full refund of the rental fee, the puzzle must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Return Shipping: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incomplete Items

We take great pride in the quality of our puzzles. However, if your puzzle arrives damaged or is missing pieces, we will make it right immediately.

• Our Guarantee: If a puzzle is unusable due to damage or missing pieces upon arrival, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, the choice is yours.
• How to Claim: Please contact us at contact@letspuzzle.dk within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description (and a photo, if possible) of the issue.
• No Cost to You: In cases of damaged or incomplete goods, Let’s Puzzle covers all costs associated with the return or replacement.
