SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How does the shipping work?
When you order a puzzle(s), the shipping is charged on top of the total product’s price. It includes a prepaid return shipping label for easy returns. The shipping price is 69 kr.- for the whole country (Denmark), since the package has to go both ways.
Why is the shipping so expensive?
This is a complicated question because we are all used to free shipping with Amazon and other big corporations. We're a small, locally owned business in Copenhagen, Denmark. The other reason that shipping is so expensive is because there are limited cheap options and here at Let’s Puzzle we are always trying to find the best solution for our customers.
When will you ship my order?
We ship all orders the business day following your rental (Monday through Friday).
How do I send the puzzle(s) back to you?
You will find a return label inside the package, which you should stick on top of the original shipping label once you have completed and re-packed the puzzle(s). Head to your nearest “pakkeshop” and drop the package there.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I place an order?
Like a normal online shopping experience: visit our catalog, click on the puzzle(s) you want to order, and add them to the cart. Go to check out, complete the order, and you just need to wait. There is a dedicated text box for any message, suggestion, or question you’d like us to see.
What is included in the package?
The product will be shipped inside a cardboard box with some protection to ensure the puzzles are not damaged on their way to you. Inside the box you will find the puzzle(s) in their original boxes, and an instruction sheet with some points to keep in mind. Additionally, there will be a feedback section where you can let us know what went well and not so well.
Can I leave feedback?
We already included a feedback sheet inside the package, which is product-oriented (how was the quality of the puzzle). Currently, we are working on a review system which would be service-oriented (how was the overall experience).
For how long can I keep the puzzle(s)?
The puzzle must be returned within 30 days from the moment you receive it. Keep in mind that the item takes a couple of days to reach us! We will always indicate the day of return in your order.
What should I do if I damage an item or receive one?
If that happens, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible! We need to ensure that all puzzles are in perfect condition for the next customer. We constantly check that everything is in order and that you are satisfied with the service. As stated in the Terms of Service, 25% of the puzzle retail price will be charged per missing piece. Above 3 missing pieces, the full price of the puzzle will be charged.

How do you clean the puzzles?
Each puzzle is inspected between uses and all debris including hair are carefully removed.
How do I order Gift Cards?
Go to the gift card page and place your order! You or the person you're getting the card for will get it in the e-mail with the code to be used on the checkout page when making an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card: VISA, Mastercard. You can also use MobilePay.
