Let's Puzzle offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By completing the registration process and/or visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. In the event you have prepaid for services which we terminate, we will refund to you the pro rata balance of the remaining dues, fees, and/or charges incurred.
Modifications to our products and/or services may include, but are not limited to, changes in the pricing structure, the addition or termination of fee-based services, changes to limitations on allowable file sizes, and/or redesigning our website. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this Website will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the services available through this Website may occur as normal events. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access while using this Website, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control.
You agree to provide us with updated shipping and billing information. You also understand and agree that the services we offer are provided "AS IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We provide various services to our customers including, but not limited to, renting puzzles, and operating the website for our customers to submit ideas, rent puzzles, and maintain their shipping and billing information.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 - RETURN POLICY AND FEES FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PUZZLE PIECES, PUZZLE BOXES, AND ACCESSORIES
At Let's Puzzle, we strive to provide high-quality puzzles for your enjoyment. As part of our rental service, it is important to return puzzles in the condition they were received. The following terms outline our policy regarding lost or damaged puzzle pieces and the associated fees.
A. Puzzle Return and Inspection

Return: Puzzles must be returned within the defined end of the rental period. If this does not happen we will send a notification email and charge 25% (of the value of the puzzles) delay fee per week for 4 weeks maximum. The puzzle price is based on the amount that we spent on it/them based on our previous purchase records.
- Inspection Process: Upon return, puzzles will be inspected for missing or damaged pieces. Customers will be notified of any issues within 14 days of return.
B. Fees for Lost or Damaged Pieces

Lost Pieces: 25% of the puzzle retail price will be charged per missing piece. Above 3 missing pieces, the full price of the puzzle will be charged. The price is based on our previous purchase records, unless it is available for lower price at retail stores.

Minor Damage (e.g., minor bends, slight nicks): No charge, if still usable.

Significant Damage (e.g., torn, chewed, or rendered unusable): The same applies as for the "Lost Pieces" above section.

C. Fees for Lost or Damaged Puzzle Boxes and Accessories
- Damaged or Lost Puzzle Boxes: Upon return, the puzzle boxes will be inspected. If there is damage in the box like scratches, holes, and others, and these were caused by a non-compliant return from the customer, a fee will be charged to the customer within 14 days. The amount charged will be equivalent to the damaged caused, assessed by us. The maximum amount of the fee will be the price we paid for the entire puzzle.
- Damaged or Lost Accessories: Upon return, the accessories will be inspected. If there is damage or the accessories have not been returned, a fee of 100 dkk could be charged to the customer. If the customer returns the items within 7 days of the inspection (at their own expense), no fee will be charged.
C. Reporting Lost or Damaged Pieces

Notification: Customers must notify Let's Puzzle of any lost or damaged pieces before returning the puzzle, if possible, through our website or by contacting customer service at contact@letspuzzle.com.
- Verification: All reported issues will be verified during the inspection process. Customers will be billed for any confirmed lost or damaged pieces as per the fee structure above.
D. Billing and Payment

Charge Authorization: By renting a puzzle, customers authorize Let's Puzzle to charge the payment method on file for any fees related to lost or damaged pieces.

Invoice: An invoice detailing the charges for lost or damaged pieces will be emailed to the customer. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Contact our customer service team at contact@letspuzzle.com for assistance.
E. General Conditions

Fair Use: We understand that minor wear and tear is inevitable with puzzle use. However, significant damage or loss of pieces will incur the fees outlined above.

Multiple Issues: If multiple pieces are lost or damaged, fees will be charged for each piece up to 3 pieces maximum, above that the full retail price will be charged.
- Excessive Damage: If a puzzle or its original box is returned with excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear, Let's Puzzle reserves the right to charge a flat fee equivalent to the full retail price of the puzzle.
By renting puzzles from Let's Puzzle, you agree to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our puzzles for all customers.
SECTION 8 - MISSING OR DAMAGED PIECES IN RECEIVED PUZZLES
At Let's Puzzle, we take great care to ensure that all puzzles are complete and in good condition before they are sent to our customers. However, despite our best efforts, mistakes can occasionally happen.
A. Reporting Missing or Damaged Pieces

Customer Responsibility: If you receive a puzzle with missing or damaged pieces, please report the issue to us as soon as possible.
- Contact Information: Reports should be sent to contact@letspuzzle.dk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged pieces.
B. No Refund Policy
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for puzzles received with missing or damaged pieces.

By renting puzzles from Let's Puzzle, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding missing or damaged pieces in received puzzles. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our puzzle rental service.
SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Although this Website may be accessible worldwide, we make no representation that materials on this Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Denmark, and accessing the Website from territories where the contents of the Website are considered to be illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Any offer for any product, service, and/or information made in connection with this Website is void where prohibited.
SECTION 19 - TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website, with or without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination or suspension, you must return all puzzles, complete with all of their undamaged pieces. If you fail to return a puzzle or puzzles complete with all of their undamaged pieces, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement of the puzzle(s) damaged or not returned. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith. The sections of these Terms of Service, as well as your liability for any unpaid fees, shall survive any termination.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. Notices to you may be sent either to the e-mail address supplied for your account or to the address supplied by you as part of your Registration Data. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

SECTION 24 - PAYMENT

All payments must be made at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

SECTION 25 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A. Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
We reserve the right to limit our services to customers who repeatedly abuse the right to avoid payment for the service. This includes instances where puzzles are completed within the withdrawal period and are then returned multiple times.
B. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement to:

C. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the payment received from you for the product, excluding the cost of return shipping. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
D. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The cost of returning the goods is included in the initial price charged, and this cost will be deducted from the amount reimbursed to you.
SECTION 26 - RETURN POLICY AND COMPLAINT HANDLING
A. Return Policy
Please refer to Section 7 - "Return Policy and Fees for Lost or Damaged Puzzle Pieces" for detailed information on our return policy. If you receive a puzzle with missing or damaged pieces, please refer to Section 8 - "Missing or Damaged Pieces in Received Puzzles."
B. Complaint Handling
We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you have any complaints, please contact our customer service team at:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them as swiftly as possible.
We will provide a final resolution within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
SECTION 27 - Delivery time
We strive to deliver your orders within 1 to 3 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping company and other factors beyond our control. While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
